how it all started

Our Rice Beaufort trailer was purchased in January of 2024.

Made in the 70s it needed a huge amount of work, it was a rust bucket to put it lightly, but are the most beautiful shape, it was the model we knew we wanted.

We stripped the paint by hand (no easy feat) and stripped the flooring, before realising it needed a new chassis.

It was shipped off to the professionals at Uro Horse Trailers for a new mechanical....well everything, whilst retaining its 70s quirk, to ensure that vintage vibe was back with reliability.

It came back with 2 beautiful service hatches and ready for us to fit out.

We built the interior by hand, with no expense spared on design, equipment, fridge space and cocktail stations. We even invested in a huge battery system that can keep most of our equipment running for 12-18 hours if needed.

As you'll see by the pictures, the trailer is completely unrecognisable!

how its going

The trailer was finished for our first event in June 2024, stocked out with a back bar capable of delivering everything and more than you would expect in a high-end cocktail bar, fridges full of eco-friendly, local and delicious wines, beers and soft drinks.

We're now out and about providing bars for weddings, special occasions and visiting public events showcasing our bespoke drinks menus.

What's the best thing about working on a mobile bar?

The locations are fabulous, no day is the same and you get to meet lovely people at events that have a special meaning every day.

Being an independent small business, we get to be real people whilst giving great service, rather than a service robot. They say when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life and being a bartender means you're usually everyone's favourite stranger (especially if it's an open bar).

Getting to have little moments of fun and laughter, see the smiles on faces at peoples weddings, anniversaries, birthday celebrations and when they have their first sip of a tasty beer, wine or cocktail, makes it the best job in the world, in our opinion!
